Catering work environment
I own a cafe and have to reduce my staff's hours. my manager can cope with the work load as it is minimal but she is adament that there is a law against one person working on their own. the rota only requires her to open and prep on her own as there are very few customers for the two hours she is alone. she has to be there early so as to get all of the prep done. i'm looking for advice.
