i own a small flat in a small block , i look after my tenant very well , when one or two just take the rent , i go through a letting agent who rips me off , so i agree that letting agents are crap , and some landlords are crap , think i will bang both their heads together , and say work together , grrrrrrr , leak in the roof in the hall ignored , leave it to *** or **** , turn a blind eye , and they will sort it . grabing gits .
