im recently qualified as a decorator and lucky enough to be givenmy first project which is quite big. i need to redec 20 bedrooms, corridor, staircase and doors for a charity. which is the beter way to quote, per room or labour charge per day. they have asked me to project manage 3 other persons to complete the job. location is london. would appreciate realistic and honest estimates
