Tips for writing a business plan

Can anyone reccomend a book or website etc that would help with writing a business plan? I've looked online but any examples or tips seem to be for writing a business plan for a revolutionary product whereas all I want is tip on how to write one for a relatively simple retail business. Thanks.

Contact one of the big banks. They usually have pamphlets giving guidance on how to draw up business plans, cashflow forecasts etc.

Barclays Bank offer EXTREMELY good software that you can receive if you open a business account with them.
