Laser warranty/replacement parts
Last year I bought a laserlipo bcs machine, 30K worth!. I was told it came with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. The machine can be viewed on their site www.laserlipo-bcs.com. It would now appear that is questionable, one of the leads with an enhancement probe attached which is fibre optic seems to be faulty as the laser is intermittent unless I fix it in place with an elastic band. The distributor tells me that I need to pay for repair or a replacement lead. Is this right? Alternativly it needs to be sent back to Korea where the machine is manufatured, which takes approx 6 - 8 weeks, and I would be without it working. I also recently found the very same machine on sale for 12.5k.

If the probes and leads are expressly not covered then you pay for the repairs - simple as that.
The fact that they are now cheaper is irrelevant - you paid what you paid
