mobile contract

hi, i had a blackberry storm, twice it crashed on me, vodafone fixed it free, a 3rd time it crashed i packed it all up gave it back to vodafone with letter saying, lost notes lost phone numbers and songs i downloaded on to this blackberry which they even wanted me to pay again for the download??
contract terminated i said & signed the letter, can they still get me on the contract and replace the mobile, ???

i think so, they'll not cox when once the contract is terminated and you have signed (means written proof is gained) then nothing can happen now :)
