When they were delisted you are likely to have been made an offer for them then. If they are not listed now, then the only way you can get value for them (if they are worth anything) is on a 'matched bargain' basis, where a stockbroker will search for a willing buyer. You don't say how many you've got so it's difficult to asess what they might be worth. If the company is a UK company, you can always look at its latest accounts at Companies House.
