PPI claim

Has anyone been approached by a company called Financial Repayment Solutions? How would I find out if they are a legitimate company, please. Many thanks in advance.

I'd leave them alone S1ue. You can do it yourself and keep the 25% they would take from you.

No - we've had lots of discussions on this topic on here over the weeks.

I do use a recovery agent to help recover my PPI - as chrissa says, you can easily do it yourself, but I've come up against difficulties and delays and for me, I'd rather pay someone 20% to handle all the argy-bargying for me...

I certainly wouldn't go with a company who approached me - I'd do it the other way round.

Yes i have and have been trying to find contact details for them as i have not heard anything from them since i sent my paperwork in. Dont think they are legitimate company just con men

Id agree with boxtops, if you are going to use a company (i found it easy enough to do on my own) then find one yourself, not one who contacted you first.
