bankruptcy

Ive been trying Citizens Advice Bureau, National Debtline other various links from websites and cannot get through - they're continually engaged and resources do not let you leave a message.
however I want to know the process of how you file for bankcruptcy, ive looked into all the information - the pros and cons etc but I cant find out the best process to follow, whether I need a solicitor or a court's help... websites all seem to offer their own services and Im a bit dubious about credit companies... can anyone help?

Try another website. www.fool.co.uk Their dealing with debt board regularly has contributions from several people who are currently and have been bankrupt, also people dealing with IVA's. They will give you all the help you need

I find that You need an financial advice for the expertise attorney, I find that this site may help you work along the way, and what is best is free for the first consultation , I would advice or have tip for you at first that When filing for bankruptcy, ensure you have listed all of your financial obligations. Forgetting to add these may cause your petition to be delayed, or even dismissed.
