Annoying phone calls
8 Answers
Apologies if this is not the right forum,I have been getting phonecalls identified as International ,International or International unavailable (by my caller ID) which usually occur early afternoon, no-one there if I pick up or switch the answerphone on, but can hear faint noises. Just plain irritating and looking at my bill I may be getting charged 27p. for each. How do I stop them??

If not, don't answer.
In my experience they are usually from the Indian subcontinent, and are from people trying it on with the computer repair con.
I don't know if there is any way to block them.
It might perhaps be worth asking your phone provider to explain the 27p charge.
