I have lived in Uk and paid all my contributions, but My wife has not. She is Romanian, she is disabled and 40 years old.
1. I think I can get UK pension paid to me while in Romania, is that correct?

2. Can I get the increase for being a married man, even though my wife is not UK citizen and is only 40 years old?

As far as I am aware there is no "married man's" pension (unless you are a spouse who is not entitled to a pension in your own right and are claiming one based on your spouse's NI contributions). You will receive your State pension regardless of your marital status.

You can claim your State pension regardless of where you live in the world. In some countries the annual inflation increase is not provided and your pension remains at the level t was when first paid. However, Romania is in the European Economic Area and you will receive annual increases.
As you can see here, the rate is the same for a single man and married man.
