Can anyone help to find the source of a payment to a bank account, please? The only information available for the payee is the numbers 0948/151/521/762.

That doesn't seem like a full sortcode + account number (it seems to be a digit short).
Was it a small amount or a large amount?

Phone your bank and ask them who it's from - there's probably someone available now.
