I always thought the Post Office but Sainsburys had a better exchange rate last time I needed currency.
..or Co-op travel when I last needed Euros...
Depends where you live. You don't necessarily get the same rate in every branch of the same outfit

Cheque cashing shops sometimes have surprisingly good rates.

And an ATM at your destination often beats changing cash

M&S also do travel money, if you live near a reasonable sized branch. Worth checking on the internet before you go out. If you plan to come back with any, make sure it is notes. They will not change coin back. Have a lovely time on holiday xx
The cheapest way to get euros is usually to use an ATM abroad. (You'll pay a fee but you usually end up better off than getting them in the UK).

Here, M&S often has a good exchange rate and the big supermarkets are worth trying as well.
Try the International Currency Exchange:

https://www.iceplc.com/

They are currently offering 1.1665 to the Pound. (Post Office 1.1560, M&S 1.1393 for a couple of comparisons). Order tomorrow morning and they will deliver to your door by 1pm Tuesday.
Thanks for that link NJ, will doubtless use them in July.
Yes and I've just noticed that glenbar has already left the country! Must pay more attention !!!!!
LOL thanks New Judge, saved me answering.. He's gone hope it's sunny.
