....a colleague has done this and only after submitting her claim has she realised she has made a (potentially) serious information mistake. Is it possible to get a claim back and edit it once it has been submitted.
We have trawled through the Gateway sites to no avail so I wonder if any of you can help.Many thanks

I'd phone them and ask. I made my claim over the phone, it was straightforward - and then they send you a summary of what they're planning to pay you, it can always be queried at that point.
