My husband has started to get his pension.........from last september. He has a little job and now with his pension and small private pension he has been paying tax on it. By the end of this month his Tax Free amount for the year will be over. He has been thinking of leaving and is just wondering if he will get the tax back he has paid. Many thanks Brenda

Ask the tax people to send him a tax form.

He can fill it in after April 6th 2014 with all his earnings for the last tax year (April 6th 2013 to April 6th 2014).

He can then send it off to the tax people and they will tell him if he is entitled to any money back.
