Good for him Ric. All of us who have a punt are happy to see someone have a pay out from the bookie. We just like our turn to come around.

BTW - it was Minella and it’s not my bet
I don’t know a horse from a donkey
£162 winnings plus the £30 stake back. Total return £192
1/4 odds would get you £198.75, a 1/5 odds = £192.
take your commission for asking the question, Ric.ror.....nice win.

It’s in my name
My son signed me up for lots of free bets - so I’ll get the money in my account but it’s his money
I had a quick shufti Ken and couldn't find anyone paying ¼ the odds ... unless you know different. :))
//I don’t know a horse from a donkey//

I think I know how you feel :((
No, Togo, i think all were paying on 4 places @ 1/5 odds.
All i know is you don't get 'owt back for a 'Pulled Up'. Champ never skipped a beat :-(
Ric.ror, i long since signed up all my non-gambling friends and relatives in order to claim the free bets. They all got a small percentage of any winnings for their 'troubles'. When it arrives in your account, sent him £182 :-))
If Ric is a new account is there not the bleedin verification palaver to go through, that was introduced as part of the money laundering legislation. I seem to recall having to verify my ID before they would transfer dosh to a bank account.
//...that was introduced as part of the money laundering legislation.//

Which obviously worked well:

Mad Judge is it not? The bookies can't let you withdraw a few quid from an online account without a utility bill, passport and collar size, but you can walk into the RBS with bags of drug money no questions asked guv.

Well I don’t know how he did it but he did
He’s won about £110 today that’s just in my name - he will have his own bets too
That’s good cause his washer broke Monday and he has a 4 month baby

Thanks Ric.
