But on your OP am not sure why he should apologize for rising energy bills as there happning all over the world... though he should say he regrets them and they done lot's of things to help like price caps and rebates and fuel payments to those on benefits etc etc but need to keep helping out for longer until price caps fall

Interesting to see a couploe of lefties (not you Bobb) thinking Sir Kier would be able to do something no one around the world (exceopt the USA) has managed.
And the only reason the USA has been shielded is because they are not chasing a ridiculous unachievable Net Zero. And exporting to us across the Atlantic.
