Standing Charges

As tariffs change tomorrow, I've just taken readings to send to my energy supplier - everyone should do the same.
Although unit prices are coming down, standing charges are going up, and I will still be paying more in standing charge for electricity than I do for what I use. The electricity SC has gone up an astonishing 240% in the last year-and-a-half!
