Wouldn't their money be better spent on providing sanitation for the millions of homes that don't have it (or is that what our foreign aid money is for?)

Clearly they have enough money so ought not qualify for external aid. Not that it ever works like that.

Yes, something is out of kilter, but with a country os 1.2Bn it cant be easy.  China, with a similar population, has the same problem.

I wonder how a rocket helps with Climate change (ok if you believe in it of course before the usual start).
