what will happen to house,if partner owes bad credit debit,if they make her bankcrput,but house is not her name and do not make any contribution towards mortgage, bills etc. but get tax credit based his earned income, she does not have any income apart frome her tax credit, does it make any financial link. please advise me in this regard, thanks

Well if the house is not in your partner's name and there they are not on the mortgage then I cannot see how their debt could be linked to the house.
