I have a mortgage with Intelligent Finance. I have taken 2 mortgage breaks (im allowed 2 per calender year, took one last year and one this year). Will that affect me if i want to change mortgage companies in order to lower my repayments? Cant find the literature i initially got from them and dont wanna call them and tell them im thinking of moving!!!
Anyone know anything? Thanks in advance.

If mortgagee (lender) allows breaks, you're not doing anything wrong by using them. Interest continues to run during these so-called "payment holidays" so your financial position is still pristine as long as you keep up with all other payments as and when due.
