Why not simply use excel? it does alsorts if you know how.....

Thank you angeldraws. I'm getting old - why didn't I think of a facility I have on my machine but never normally use.

Quicken is also an excellent package, since it has a lot of other useful ancilliary financial facilities, but if you want something cheap and cheerful I'm sure Excel will do it.
