Im really confused.there is a job advertised for a case worker. 18.5 hours per week. salary at 15,000- 17000 per annum, per rata. What does this per annum, per rata mean? what salary would i get paid?
If i understand this correctly the 15k - 17k is for full time hours. Probably about 37 hours per week. Per annum is the Annual pay. As the job is for 18.5 hours then you would earn half of the full time rate. ie 7,500 - 8,500.
As above, altho' perhaps the 15,000 is the amount you would start on. The 17,000 would then be the maximum you could go up to on whatever scale they use.
