Pension

Can someone help please with this question? My husband is currently receiving Incapacity Benefit, he also gets the Mobility component of the Disbility Allowance for our car. I work part-time (19 hours per week). Husband will be 65 this November, will his State Pension take the place of his Incapacity Benefit? Will he still be entitled to his Mobility? I intend to carry on working till I'm 65 (I'm now 57). Any help with these questions will be much appreciated.

Yir husband will get a claim form about four months before his 65th Birthday but you can ask for a Pension Forecast here, http://www.thepensionservice.gov.uk/resourcece ntre/br19/home.asp and that'll tell him what State Pension he'll be getting .
