Hi - not sure if this is in the right section or not - but -
I made a payment arrangement with SP after I left them as I had an outstanding balance as their rep did not set my direct debits high enough and they did not increase them. I missed one payment and caught it up later but they sent one account to debt collectors and kindly added on approx 27 for 'admin fees'. I am quite prepared to pay off the balance for the electric I have used - but I am not willing to pay the admin charges for 1 letter!!
Can anyone advise if they can then chase me for the 27 - is this under the limit for recovery?
Thanks
