I owe at least �49000 of which my new husband of 2 wks knows about I am paying through debt management will my new husband be liable for all of my old debts none of them are in his name i had these before i even met him.

Not unless he gives you assets such as money or property - puts your name on the deeds for example.

Then this property becomes yours and creditors will have a valid claim.
