Any Other Web Cards That Automatically Change Number?

The cahoot online bank have a Webcard that can be used to make online payments, and which changes its card number each time it is used, as security fraud. The trouble is you have to have a cahoot credit card account or a cahoot current account. Are there any other cards like the Webcard (automatically changes number), but which do not tie you to another account?

Quite a few banks are introducing this, but they will all tie it to your account with them.

Given that the point of the webcard is to tie your account to it via the encrypted number, I can't see that it could be otherwise.
