Hi
After the O.R. and myself notifying creditors I have been made bankrupct, I had a card delivered today stating that CSL (Egg) were calling on Wednesday - no date, to discuss my case. Am I right in saying they are not allowed to hassle me after bankrupcy?? If so, what can I do about it.
Thanks.

This is a **** up in their system. They should not be contacting you; you are not allowed by law to pay them any money (even if you had any and wanted to!)

I would suggest you do nothing. If they do turn up (pretty unlikely in my opinion) don't let them in. Show them your bankruptcy order, tell them you will have no further contact with them and that they must leave.
