Credit cards and balance transfers from overdraft

Does anyone know of any good long term interest free credit cards that you can transfer the balance of your overdraft to?
Also, if I transfer a balance when setting up a new card, over and above the existing balance (of a credit card), can I make a negative payment and therefore clear my overdraft that way? TIA
