A few months ago my airmiles were changed to YourPoints. I have now just been charged 3 to keep this going. The 3 will be waved if I spend 1k per month on my credit card. I cannot believe they are doing this. Has any other Natwest credit card holder had this happen to them? Can I cancel the YourPoints scheme?

they were talking abou this on 'breakfast' yesterday morning.

Apparently you can withdraw from the scheme but you will lose any points that you may have already acumulated.

Hi Red, what did they say about it?

I have no need for the points so I will cancel. How dare they start charging people.
i only caught bits of it Im afraid, but it seemed to be a discussion on where banks are making money from little things tht people may not notice.

http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread .html?t=443080 a few angry users on this forum too!

Thanks Red.

I contacted them this morning and spoke to a lady who said she would get the 3 refunded and also cancel my YourPoints. I thought I was going to have a row with them but I think that with all the publicity this has received they don't want any further complaints.
