Claiming bank charges

I'm sure that last summer, all claims for the repayment of bank charges were put on hold whilst a court made some descisions about whether it was lawful etc etc.

Does anyone know what's happening and whether we can continue to claim.

The case hasn't been heard yet.

It will be sometime this year.

The High Court case will commence next Monday 14th Jan.

court case begins 14th Jan, ihave case which has been stayed,ie put on hold by court, but carry on claiming as usual until courts put you on hold,you have done all ground work and have foot in the door for possible payout
