Do i have to use a IFA to set up my mortgage or can i deal direct with the mortgage company?

You can deal direct with the mortgage company. I have a mortgage and have never spoken to an IFA in my life.

Thanks. I actually think you can get a better deal when you Don't use an IFA! They get paid from the provider, and are (most of the time) never set up with the mortgage company with the best mortgage product!
