Payment Protection Insurance

Does anyone know if there is an insurance policy offered that covers card repayments in the event of illness, other than those offered by the card providers themselves?

I think the Post Office have something along these lines - it won't be specifically for card payment but will pay a fixed sum per month - at least for a while.
