i'm in process of buy a flat, my offer has been exseped, survey done. Havng read thought the deeds, there are points saing that only people with the same family name can live in it and the 2 bedroom can not be rented out. How does one change the deeds so this bit not in there? is it pricey?

When look for a flat to buy it told the estate agent that i was intent to live with a friend (rent a room to her.) there told me that this flat would be fine. So the seller has misinform the estate agent and me subsequently. If it not possible to change the deeds so the room can be rent can i make a clam agents the estate agent? properly sell or there solister for mislead / miss informing me abut the flat as it has cast about 5000 in fee etc so far.
