I have a mortgage in joint names with my sister. How do i transfer the title to the property to mine and my fianc�'s name and take my sister off? Will the mortgage company do this or will i have to go through a solicitor?

First of all you will need to satisfy the mortgage company that you and your fianc� can afford the repayments and he has a good credit history and so on.

Your sister will have to agree.

Speak to the mortgage company in the first instance.
