No, but if you haven't got an agreed overdraft they will charge you interest and a penalty charge probably.
And they could take the money from your savings account to pay your overdraft.
yes if the overdraft is unauthorised and it's in your terms and conditions (and it probably is). The way round it is for you to ask the bank to transfer money from your savings account to your overdrawn account
