Alliance & Leicester - Withdrawing Money...

I've recently opened a current account with alliance and leicester and received my PIN a few days ago and the card today. The trouble is a family member threw the PIN away by mistake! I've requested a PIN reminder online but desperately need to get some money out tomorrow; If I go into a branch with my card, passport, and some details like letters with account numbers on etc will they let me withdraw money?

If you have all your ID you should be alright - I know you can with the halifax and not use the machine but some banks are different
