Charity Gift Aid

Hi
I am due to attend an evening of fund raising for a national big charity home
I would like to donate a large sum and give more under the gift-aid umbrella so they get more eg. 28% as I am a taxpayer.
I have downloaded their Gift Aid form but realise that the funds would go to the National Cenral fund
How can I maximise my donation to my local home
