I have 60K to invest for a long time, so i don't mind if it's tied up for 5-10 years. The only proviso is that it pays monthly interest ( or return / top-slicing ), and that it guarantees the capital at the end of the investment, and also upon early death. A nice rate ( somewhere around 7% yield ) would also be very nice !
