I have a Civil Service Pension dating back from 1975, claimable in 2006. No-one seems to have any record of my service with the County Courts Service (Lord Chancellors Department as was). Has anyone had this problem?

Have you got no documents regarding the pension, or any HR documents showing your service or any payslips or P60s? You could ask the HMRC (tax office) for details of your employer
