How do I get a Trustee in bankruptcy to sign a cause of action back to me
I am bankrupt which is due to expire in October.
I have an employment tribunal case which I am not alowed to pursue unles the Trustee in bankruptcy agrees to pursue the matter as Iam classed as having no status.
The Trustee has been unreasonable and intransigent throughout and has not co-operated with the employment tribunal.
Due to his lack oresponding to the tribunals instructions, the tribunal wish to hold a hearing to strike out my claims.
This may mean I am unable to exercise my human right of being able to have a fair and public hearing.
