Anyone know anything about stamps and first day covers?

Have found a few first day covers from the sixties,and some full sheets of stamps in perfect condition at my mums house and want to know if they are worth anything they belonged to my dad

as rule first day covers don't get a great price, and the 60's isn't that far ago. However, if in good condition they could be worth something, what have you got? Iam an auctioneer I might be able to give you a guide

Best thing to do is show them to a professional stamp dealer. We can't see them here, so we can't give an opinion, really.

Yep didnt think the first day covers would be worth much,some concorde ones the sheets are old money 3d christmas prints,lilac blue 1 shilling prints,1/3d battle of hastings prints,red 8d prints,2/6d black pictured prints,pinky red2/halfd prints,red 5shillings prints,black 4d,black pictured £1 prints,and 5d christmas prints.
