on cancelled cheque. I have the name & phone number but cant find the person on 192.com or local electoral roll. I want to send a registered letter. tia

Hi Tia - are you a lender? if you cannot trace using the usual methods i.e voters roll, credit search for linked address', 192.com, you can use a tracing company ...

Have you tried phoning them and asking for their address?

You could write to them c/o their Bank (see the address on the cheque) who will forward the letter on for you, but they wont give you the address due to the DPA.
