I know its about 10 years since the Euro was introduced but I have found some old Guilder notes and wondered if there is anywhere where these can still be exchanged into Euros?

Ask at your local bank. Depending on how many you have may deem them not worth changing.
Exchange of demonetised banknotes is the responsibility of the Central Bank of the issuing nation.
