days off included in notice

i want to give 1 weeks notice at work . i worked a week in hand. they will be giving me 3 days off, if i give in my notice on a tuesday. with my 3 days off will i still be leaving work on the following monday.

You have to give the full week's notice so give in your notice on Friday if you want to start a job ten days' later, IMO. Some companies will add any leave owed to the final pay rather than expecting you to take it - you need to check with your employer to see what their policy is.
