You will find many financial experts there and many people in the same situation. Advice is friendly, free, and non-judgemental. You will be able to ask questions and also read the past answers for other people in the same situation.
Phone or visit the bank asap - they are required by law to be helpful and sympathetic (even if they wouldn't be of their own volition!).
They'll suggest ways of avoiding getting further into debt and getting back onto your feet.
Also consider contacting people like e.g. any finance companies that you pay and ask if you can skip a couple of months and add those payments to the end of the term of your loan.
Or... phone the utility suppliers and ask if you can skip e.g. one payment (100) and spread this over some later payments (the subsequent 5 payments would be 20 higher than normal).

Take out one big loan to consolidate all your debts, especially if you have credit cards which you don't pay off in full each month.
Lots of options, even beyond the above.

Would any of this help?

The Citizens Advice Bureau can offer financial/debt advice, its free and they can be really helpful.
