Tenent repossession order

My tenency runs out on 16th May. As a tenent i am going to excercise my rights and keeping living in the flat until the landlady serves me a repossession order (from the courts)
Does anyone know how long the orders take?

They now have a fast track procedure. So once she has served you with the s21 notice, I think it is 2 months before she can apply for an order. Thereafter, it will be extremely quick.

Be aware that your tenancy agreement may make provision for you to pay her costs in getting a possession order - whilst they are only fixed costs nonetheless it will add to your bill.

she can ask for you to vacate in writing as long as she gives you 2 months notice, she doesnt have to specify a reason as long as you dont have a fixed term tenancy

why not just look for somewhere else before its gets costly and your landlord can give you a bad reference?

Having said that, if I were on a bus and an elderly man (or woman) didn't have a seat to sit on, I would give him mine if I were OK to stand for a while. I say OK to stand, as I am disabled. But on a good day I would give him my seat.
