Problem with Black Horse Finance

Can any one help!
I have a car on finance with Black horse , as I lost my job some months ago but already was behind on my payments they have sent my account to a company called credit style who are insisting I have to pay £170 per WEEK! to keep the car.This is because the agreement runs out at Christmas this year and they need to catch it all up.I will also have to pay a large balloon payment at the end which they insist will not be spread out .1Trouble is I need to keep this car to get my kids to school and back along with the fact that my credit rating is so bad I cannot get an alternative car.
Any bright ideas???

Is it possible to buy a cheap little run around? When i was short on money but really needed a car, I looked around and was able to get an old car for £600, nothing wrong with it. Xx

have the kids got any friends living nearby whose parents could take them into school?

If it really is impossible to get to school on foot or by public transport or lift then how much would a taxi cost. It's ot surprising they need the money back and if you can't afford it then I can't see an alternative but to sell up if you can

also, what about walking to school? Or busses? If you google "traveline" and ring them, they will be able to tell you how to get by public transport from your home to the school
