Does anyone know who owns this? The obvious owner might be the Hilton Corp but it might be a franchise. Anybody got any authoritative info on this?

Unlike, say, Best Western (which is simply a branding exercise for independent hotels), all Hilton hotels are fully owned by Hilton Worldwide:
