Best of luck. My partner launched an appeal against his treatment by the CSA two years ago and he is still waiting. Basically his ex-wife had very large lump sum in a clean break agreement, they had a row, she went to CSA and they have pursued him relentlessly since. he had his own business for 5 years during which time they continued demanding unrealistic payments even though his half of the profit amounted to only 5000 per annum. The head honcho has stated in writing a date when the appeal would be settled but that date has passed without him hearing anything. We worked out that one small boy has cost him 100K including the lump sum in 10 years!! Oh and the ex-wife earns 50K per year and has a swanky house in a swanky part of London!
